Die Jungs aus Salford bei Manchester sind vorallem für ihre hopfigen Ales bekannt, jedoch auch die Sours sind fantastisch! Ihre Biere sind trocken, oftmals ohne spürbare bittere, jedoch aromatisch und komplex. Viel Aufwand wird auch in die Gestaltung der Dosen gesteckt. Kleine Kunstwerke hinter denen sich ein Bezug zu einem Film, einer Geschichte, einer Person oder einem Musikstück befindet.
